Our Employee Relocation Services division staffs a team of full-time, licensed, experienced professionals ready to assist you and your employees seven days a week. Our nationally recognized Relocation Services Department offers a wide array of departure and destination services to fully meet your company’s relocation needs.
Prudential Utah’s full-time relocation professionals are specifically trained to provide you with relocation expertise, a range of resources and outstanding service, whether moving employees within Utah or around the world.
Personalized assistance to your employees will be provided throughout the relocation process, with comprehensive destination information and resources for homebuyers as well as renters. Our Relocation Department will assign a Relocation Trained Agent who fully understands the needs of transferring employees and will tailor their services to the unique profile of the employee and family.
A complimentary, customized Relocation Packet will be provided along with school and neighborhood reports. Individual and group area tours are also available. Emphasis is placed on finding the home that best suits the transferee and family needs in a timely manner. Special programs and services can be provided to families relocating internationally to Utah.
Pre-Marketing/Home Sale Assistance
Our Relation Trained Agents specialize in marketing and selling homes for transferring employees in a smooth and timely way. Our home marketing program provides for a Broker’s Market Analysis and a customized marketing plan for the property, leading to the sale and a seamless closing. These services can be provided entirely by Prudential Utah Real Estate, or in conjunction with a national relocation management company, if applicable.
For individuals or families who require a short-term or permanent rental property, we provide community information, school and neighborhood reports, orientation tours, and introduction to available rental properties. Our services are geared to secure furnished, unfurnished or "turn-key" temporary living accommodations, depending on the needs of your employee.
We will assist with locating alternative housing options, such as short-term furnished apartments or extended stay hotels that are best suited to the temporary needs of the employee and their family.
Through our relationships with a panel of lenders with proven track records for quality service and competitive mortgage products, we can provide your transferring employee with a free, confidential mortgage consultation. This will include information on current mortgage rates, alternative products available, and a mortgage "Pre-Approval" letter that will strengthen their position in the home buying process.
We are able to assist in the selection of a reputable van line that is fully experienced in corporate relocation, and help coordinate the moving process to ensure the timely, cost efficient and professional delivery of your employee’s household goods.
We can assist employees who are relocating internationally - from providing area orientation, home finding, moving services, and other resources to help prepare them for life in a new country and community. Through our relationship with international service providers, we can arrange for a variety of support services including cross-cultural and language training, area orientation, home finding and settling-in services.
Foreign Nationals coming into the U.S. have a unique set of issues that require preparation before departure, and an understanding of the process here in America upon arrival. Prudential Utah Real Estate can assist you and your employee to prepare for securing a Social Security card, an ITIN#, credit cards, drivers license and bank accounts, as well as helping the spouse and family acclimate within a new culture.

Group Move Assistance
From planning to policy consultation to implementation, we can assist you in the relocation of any size group of employees from one location to another. We can provide individual counseling as well as group presentations and assist you in managing the entire move process including home sale, home finding, household goods shipment, mortgage financing, and cost analysis/budgeting.
Spouse Employment Assistance
Our program is designed to assist the relocating spouse/partner in locating employment in Utah. We work with various agencies and employment consultants in addition to providing resource materials and forwarding resumes to suitable businesses in the region.
