Stephen C. Roney
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Utah Real Estate
He has more than 30 years of operating experience in the corporate relocation and residential real estate businesses. He is the former President and Chief Executive officer of The First American Corporation’s Residential Group and its subsidiary, MarketLinx.
At First American he was responsible for building North America’s largest residential real estate platform which provides transaction management, multiple listing, and CRM software and services to over 500,000 agents and brokers.
Previously, Mr. Roney was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Coldwell Banker Relocation Services. Under his leadership, the company became the leading global provider of relocation services for corporations and government agencies, managing employee moves in over 100 countries.
He was responsible for greatly expanding the breadth of outsourced services provided beyond real estate to include many HR, finance and logistics functions. Mr. Roney began his career at Transamerica Corporation, where he held various operating and leadership roles with its corporate relocation services subsidiary. Mr. Roney received a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
Christine J. Robinson
Senior Vice President, Principal Broker and Park City Area General Manager of Prudential Utah Real Estate
She moved to Park City in 1976 and started working for Coleman Land Company in 1979. Together with Bill Coleman, owner and Principal Broker, she assisted in growing Coleman Land Company to the Prudential Coleman Real Estate franchise with over 20 sales associates and a 30% market share in the Park City market. She obtained her Utah Real Estate license in December 1988 and her Broker’s license in December 2003. Her responsibilities grew to include the accounting and managing of the Company as well as the legal liaison for the Company and legal counsel.
In 2001 ownership changed and the Company was renamed Prudential Utah Real Estate. Chris took on the responsibilities of Park City Regional Manager and Branch Broker of the Saddleview office, growing the Company’s market share to 50% in the Park City area and recruiting and retaining the top producing agents in the Park City market. In November 2009, with Steve Roney’s acquisition of the Company, she was promoted to Principal Broker, Senior Vice President, and Park City Area General Manager.
Ross Anthony
Senior Vice President, Salt Lake City Area General Manager of Prudential Utah Real Estate
Anthony brings more than 25 years of experience in human resources and management services in the residential real estate and insurance industries to Prudential Utah Real Estate. In a career working as a senior executive with some of the nation’s most recognizable firms, Anthony previously served as vice president of operations and human resources for First American Corporation. He was also senior vice president of operations and administration of the Lucero Division, which produces best-selling office management software approved by Prudential Real Estate, Century 21, ERA, Coldwell Banker, GMAC Real Estate, and others.

J.D. Power and Associates Ranks Prudential Real Estate Highest in Satisfaction Among Home Sellers
Real Estate consumers have spoken. Prudential Real Estate Network ranks “Highest Overall Satisfaction for Home Sellers Among National Full Service Real Estate Firms,” in J.D. Power and Associates 2010 Home Buyer/Seller Study.
The study measures customer satisfaction of home sellers and buyers with major national real estate companies and includes 3,096 evaluations from 2,817 respondents who bought or sold a home between March 2009 and April 2010.
Among home sellers, Prudential Real Estate scored highest on a 1,000-point scale. “This distinction underscores the satisfaction level and consistency of our network through challenging times in our industry,” said Jim Mallozzi, chairman and CEO, Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services. “Affiliate to affiliate, our sales professionals are the local-market experts who market and price homes right, while providing attentive service. Prudential Real Estate Has The Highest Average Sales Price

Prudential Utah Real Estate receives Gibraltar Award
Prudential Utah Real Estate received the Gibraltar Circle Award from Prudential Real Estate Affiliates (PREA) at the 2010 Prudential Sales Convention held in Austin, Texas. The Gibraltar Circle Award is presented to the Top 50 companies in the Prudential Real Estate Affiliate Network. Prudential Utah ranked 16 nationally amongst all the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates.
